Zumba- Dance Fitness..

 I haven't been telling myself that my weight had actually hit the number 7.... i am like 70++ now...desperately need to lose the weight. I had a lot of idea. But this sentence " i don't have time" , and i started telling myself , i should make time. So to continue what i wanted to do i went to isohunt and downloaded zumba which is a type of exercise that conclude the different types of dance moves..

it would be a great exercise routine which i am going to practice everymorning before i prepare breakfast for ethan's dad and ethan . I also include the youtube link where you can see how they practice.
